"I found his manner pleasant and reassuring. I particularly appreciated his readiness to answer questions and explain things ‘simply’, and his apparent concern in me as a person. The surgery has been very much according to expectation and the whole experience dealt with courtesy and kindness....far from daunting. Thank you to everyone involved."

"My experience of Mr. Shine Ashokan’s care during my recent Hip operation was exemplary. Although I was very apprehensive, his professional and caring attitude was very reassuring for me at the time and I really appreciated all he did for me. The surgery was very successful for which I am very grateful and after 6 weeks my scar is very neat, clean and healthy due to his skill and care in operating. I would like to thank him for a job well done and for the confidence he inspires in his patients from his caring and professional attitude"

"I found Mr.Shine Ashokan very caring, pleasant and informative. He examined my hand and explained the procedure prior to me being taken into Theatre. He treated the Staff in the theatre in the same manner. Once the procedure was finished, he explained what I needed to do that day and during the following weeks. He came to speak to me twice before I left the Hospital to check I was alright. The scar has healed quickly. 4 weeks on the sensitivity in my fingers has not fully returned, probably because I should have had the operation earlier - my fault not Mr.Ashokan's"
